Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or shows signs of use for reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges
We gladly replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we made a shipping error. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange for these reasons.
If you need to exchange an item for a different style or pattern, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact our customer service team. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customer Error: For returns due to customer preference (e.g., wrong size, style), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping fee is also non-refundable.
- Our Error: If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Please allow time for us to receive and process your return. After we process your return, please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your item to the location provided in your RMA instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item unless the return is due to our error.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
